Birth Package
Two prenatal visits in your home or wherever you are most comfortable (virtual if needed but I prefer face-to-face!) to plan your birth.
On-call at 38+ weeks
Labour accompaniment and birth support (staying up to 2 hours following delivery)
Text & call support during your entire pregnancy and 6 weeks postpartum.
One postpartum visit a few days after birth to reflect on and process your birth experience.

No, doulas do not provide medical care. We work alongside your healthcare team to support your birth preferences, offer comfort measures and provide reassurance to both you and your partner.
