I’ve been immersed in the birth world for a long time—first as a maternity store owner, creating a space where expecting mamas could find both essentials and community and now as a birth doula, ready to support you through one of the most transformative experiences of your life.

My own journey into motherhood shaped the way I view birth. I’ve had two babies—one born in the hospital and one at home—and through both experiences, I learned just how powerful, raw and life-changing birth can be. It was my own doula’s unwavering support that made me realize: this is the work I’m meant to do.

Now, in 2025, I’m officially opening my books to clients who want to feel empowered, informed and fully supported in their birth journey. Whether you’re planning a hospital birth, home birth or aren’t sure yet, I’m here to help you navigate it all—with evidence-based guidance, hands-on comfort measures and the kind of encouragement that reminds you just how strong you really are.
