Consultation Call

Let’s chat! We will schedule a virtual face-to-face consultation to go over the details of having me as your birth doula & hype woman and get to know each other.

Time for Prenatal Meetings

This is where we discuss your birth goals, plan for postpartum and discuss pain management among other things! Ideally around 25 & 35 weeks.
It's time for BABY!

Alright, it’s showtime, you’re in labour! We have planned for this, you are feeling confident and you know when to ring me. I’m there to support yo until babe is earth-side plus up to 2 hours postpartum.
Postpartum Check-in

You have officially started the ‘fourth trimester’. I like to schedule a postpartum follow-up 3 to 5 days after your birth where we unpack your birth, discuss breastfeeding, recovery and anything else you want to discuss!
End of Care

Don’t worry, I don’t leave you high and dry post-birth. I will be available 6 weeks after birth via text, email or call.
